Are the bags authentic?

Yes,they are 100% GUARANTEE AUTHENTIC!

I do not support thre buying and selling of fake merchandise.

Which countries do the bags come from?

All Coach items that we sell are from the USA.

What will my bag orders come with?

Care cards and tags for sure.

Coach tissue and Coach sticker

Coach box + Coach shopping bag (additional charges apply cos of shipping charges)

Dustbags (If available)

Why do some prices differ from time to time?

I get my bags from my sister in law from the USA who get them from high end dept stores,clearance sales and other stores.The more rare the item is, the higher the price will be and the prices keep going up as the bags become harder to get.

Can you 'reserve' a bag for me?

I am not able to accept verbal confirmations for orders as there is no guarantee that you will go through with the purchase unless payment is received.
Can I collect my orders from you?

If you do not want them to be posted to you, you may pick up your bag from me.But time and place has to be at my discretion and my convenience.

Courier and delivery to your doorstep may be arranged.

Are your bags from outlets or boutiques?
There is no differnce in the quality or authenticity between Coach Factory Outlet bags and boutiques.Items from Coach store/factory outlets are NOT rejects, are NOT of lesser value then the others and are NOT factory flawed merchandise.

Coach also moves discounted items or past season items to these outlets.

Do you include Receipts for Coach items?
Gift receipts will ONLY be issued if available

A gift receipt is one of the many ways to prove the item's authenticity but it cannot be utilised in Singapore and is functionless because it is only meant for buyers in the USA who items as gifts,whereby the receiver can take the item + the Gift receipt back to the store and exchange it for something else they prefer.

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds will only be given if the bags are proven to be non-authentic by the local boutiques.Or if the items are out of stock/discontinued.Otherwise all sales are FINAL.

Can i cancel or change my order?

Once payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS of your orders.

So, please make a careful decision and ensure that it is final.

Full payment needs to be banked in to POSB Savings 149-29738-3

Please email me the transaction details as proof of payment in order for me to acknowledge receipt of your payment.

Shipping Cost and Time

How soon can I get my bag after I have placed an order with you?

If the bag is ordered from the US, standard shipping from the USA takes *10-14 working days approximately. Sat , Sun and Public Holidays are NOT included.

We ship out items with insurance.

* Bags could arrive sooner or later depending on the post office/customs which is beyond my control.Hence I cannot guarantee the arrival time of any item.
